Is weather a factor in mapping precision?

There are several factors that determine a map’s accuracy and precision, with the weather being the most important.
Lighting plays a huge role, if it is overcast we can fly at any time, whereas if it is sunny, it is best to fly around noon.
The wind is also a factor, like any aircraft a drone is subject to wind gusts which will impact the precision of the image captured and the accuracy of the map overall.
